My role is to really listen, act as a sounding board, challenge your blind spots, and foster shifts in thinking that reveal fresh perspectives to get you to where you want to be.

I am an ICF accredited coach and will partner you on your journey toward identifying, clarifying and achieving your goals.

Our time together will include an initial discovery session, where we explore your coaching objectives. We will set up a coaching agreement so that we have a clear and safe framework to work within. The programme may include a personality profile, 360 assessment & stakeholder review.
